Despite some minor drawbacks, my stay at this 4-star hotel in the mountains was a truly delightful experience. The location of this place was simply breathtaking, with easy access to the cable car at Seiss, allowing me to explore the beautiful Seiseralm. The hotel itself was charming and well-maintained, with stunning vintage furniture and family portraits that added a touch of character. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Plus, the on-site amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa, provided the perfect opportunity for relaxation after a day of exploring. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in this picturesque mountain setting.
The only downside I noticed was the limited vegetarian snack options, unless you made a request in advance. However, this small inconvenience did not detract from the overall positive experience.

Located in the midst of a stunning forest, this hotel offers breathtaking views of the mountains. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with well-equipped bathrooms. the staff is friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast is quite delicious, offering a variety of dishes for all tastes. the gardens are peaceful, and a pool is available to enjoy at leisure. Games, books, and other activities are available for entertainment.
Some parts of the dining area were noisy and crowded, which can detract from the serene surroundings and peaceful atmosphere.

My family and I enjoyed our Christmas stay. The breakfast and dinner were both good with a variety of options. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the ski slopes. the location was great as it provided us with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains.
The noise level from other guests' children was concerning. We also found the beds to be uncomfortable which impacted our sleep quality.

The hotel was a hidden gem, tucked away in a breathtaking location surrounded by lush forests. We loved the pool and spa facilities and the exceptional breakfast spread, complete with eggs, pastries, hams, and juices. the best part is that the pool was open all day! the vintage furniture and family portraits gave the place a historical feel and took us back in time. the staff was welcoming, warm and friendly and always went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience.
The road leading up to the hotel was steep and narrow, making it difficult to reach in bad weather conditions. We had to leave our car at a nearby ski lift and take a bus to reach the hotel, which was a small inconvenience.
